Flores Bajawa is grown along the southern coast on the slopes of Mount Inerie at 1,200 meters above sea level. Unique climate setting to this area creates an aroma and flavor profile that can only be found in this region. It is a mild bodied, low acidic coffee with rich and complex flavors. The earthy flavors found in most Indonesian coffee is replaced with herbal, floral and spicy notes with a nutty and caramel finish.
