Our Jawa Kayumas coffee is grown in East Java on the Ijen Plateau; home to Ijen crater, the world's largest acidic lake. With an elevation of over 2,700 meters, the plateau is ideal for growing coffee. Handpicked and processed using the giling basah (wet hulled) method, it gives the coffee a cleaner and low acidic profile. This rich coffee is bold and nutty with hints of chocolate, caramel and cinnamon.
