Papua New Guinea Bunum Wo Peaberry

Peaberry coffee are unique and have a much richer flavor. They are only found in 5% of the crop and are removed manually. 

The Papua New Guinea Bunum Wo Peaberry comes to us through our partners at Benchmark Coffee Traders. They have direct family ties with these coffee producers from the Wahgi Valley in the Western Highlands Province and support the pickers who work tirelessly to help produce these unique coffees by providing free housing, healthcare, and schooling. Coffees from the estate go through a careful picking, sorting, fermentation, and drying process before the final hand-sorting occurs. The coffees are then meticulously graded, roasted, and cupped by their quality control team.
